Flabs or abs?

This morning I went to an Abs Blast Class and it was intense, so intense. Some of the movements were quite difficult, planking is not for me so maybe I will keep my flabs instead haha. This class is definitely something I want to keep going to and hopefully I will see some improvements, especially with my back.

I need to keep trying different thing to help with my Joint Hypermobility and to build up strength but I am remaining positive no matter what.

I love trying new things, yes it may hurt me but I also like to see the benefits šŸ™‚
